✍️The mountains: stakes of the Earth
The Earth has many layers which can slide on each other like pieces of wood & the mountains are like nails fixing these plates on its place; this effect is known as isostasy in scientific literature. It's interesting to know that the Holy Quran describes the mountains as the stakes of the Earth which stabilize the layers so people can live on it.

زمین لایه‌های مختلفی دارد که مانند صفحه‌های چوبی روی هم می‌لغزند و کوه‌ها مانند میخهایی این صفحات را روی هم نگه داشته‌اند؛ این پدیده در علم زمین‌شناسی ايزوستاسی (تعادل در پوسته‌های زمین) نامیده می‌شود. جالب است بدانیم که قرآن کوه‌ها را همچون میخ‌های زمین توصیف می‌کند که موجب ثبات لایه‌های آن شده و امکان زندگی روی زمین را فراهم می‌کنند

غلام سیاه ابوذر غفاری بود که پس از شهادت مولایش به مدینه برگشت و در خدمت اهل بیت در آمد. امام او را رخصت داد و آزادش کرد ولی او با اصرار می‌خواست از خاندان پیامبر جدا نشود. پس از نبرد وقتی بر زمین افتاد امام خود را بر بالین او رساند و چهره بر چهره‌اش گذاشت و او را دعا کرد.
