تحریم علنی و آشکار ایران از سوی مجلات Wiley
من دیروز مقاله ای را در مجله Review of Education سابمیت کردم امروز این ایمیل را دریافت کردم:

The journal welcomes contributions from all over the world. However, we must follow sanctions law and regulations.
One or more authors of your manuscript reside in a nation or region currently under international sanctions. Wiley, the journal's publisher, can proceed with handling your manuscript, if one of the circumstances below are met:
· the author(s) is (are) not employed by the government of a country or territory under sanctions; or
· the author(s) is (are) preparing articles in their "personal capacity" (in other words, "not as an official representative or otherwise on behalf of a sanctioned government");
Please respond to this e-mail declaring that the individual authors residing in the country under sanctions comply with at least one of the conditions above. If neither of these exceptions is satisfied, please advise and the submission will be referred to Wiley's legal department for analysis.
