Maddahi or Rowzeh (eulogy recitation) is one of the national & religious performing arts of Iranians, such as Shabih khani, parde khani & Naqali (kinds of theatre). This ceremony is often held on the occasion of Muharram, Safar, the 15th of Shaban, as well as Fatimiyyah & the anniversary of the birthday & martyrdom of the 14 Immaculates.
