Further considers that the said attack constitutes a serious threat to the entire IAEA safeguards regime which is the foundation of the non-proliferation Treaty; ۳. همچنین معتقد است که حمله مذکور تهدیدی جدی برای کل رژیم پادمان‌های آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی است که اساس پیمان منع گسترش سلاح‌های هسته‌ای است؛ 4. Fully recognises the inalienable sovereign right of Iraq, and all other States, especially the developing countries, to establish programmes of technological and nuclear development to develop their economy and industry for peaceful purposes in accordance with their present and future needs and consistent with the internationally accepted objectives of preventing nuclear-weapons proliferation; ۴. حق حاکمیتی غیرقابل انکار عراق و سایر کشورها، به ویژه کشورهای در حال توسعه، را برای ایجاد برنامه‌های توسعه فناوری و هسته‌ای به منظور توسعه اقتصاد و صنعت خود برای اهداف صلح‌آمیز مطابق با نیازهای حال و آینده خود و سازگار با اهداف پذیرفته شده بین‌المللی در جلوگیری از گسترش سلاح‌های هسته‌ای، کاملاً به رسمیت می‌شناسد. ——————— 5. Calls upon Israel urgently to place its nuclear facilities under IAEA safeguards; ۵. از اسرائیل می‌خواهد که فوراً تأسیسات هسته‌ای خود را تحت پادمان‌های آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی قرار دهد؛

البته این چیز جدیدی نیست و کل بحث هم همیشه این هست که بلد نیستند قبل از ترم با هم بشینن توافق کنند که هزینه 32 ساعت اجاره یه کلاس چقدر میشه!!!
